By downloading, installing, or using TV Remote - Universal Control ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The App provides a virtual remote control for smart TVs over your local WiFi network. The App communicates directly with compatible smart TVs including Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS), Roku, Android TV, Sony Bravia, and other brands using their respective network protocols.
The App requires your mobile device and TV to be connected to the same WiFi network. An active internet connection is required for ads, analytics, and subscription verification.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions to unlock premium features.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription pricing is displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
To cancel a subscription, manage your subscriptions through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. We cannot process cancellations or refunds directly — these must be handled through Apple or Google.
The App features a virtual credits system. Credits can be earned through rewarded ads, daily bonuses, and achievements. Credits can be used to temporarily unlock premium features.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to receiving ads. Premium subscribers may enjoy an ad-free experience as described in their subscription tier.
While we strive to support a wide range of smart TVs, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every TV model or firmware version. TV manufacturers may update their devices in ways that affect the App's functionality.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. TV control features depend on your TV's network capabilities and firmware.

You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, but this may limit the App's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by us or our licensors. Samsung, LG, Roku, Android TV, Sony, Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with any TV manufacturer or streaming service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
