By downloading, installing, or using TV Remote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

This App is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for applications downloaded from the App Store.

Description of Service

TV Remote is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Control compatible smart TVs from your mobile device
• Discover TVs on your local WiFi network
• Stream media content to your TV
• Mirror your phone screen to your TV

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional premium subscriptions with the following terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will work with all TV models
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All features will be available in all regions

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
